Introduction
Our terms and conditions document includes the following provisions:

Terms and Conditions
- We work on a Pre Paid model and expect complete payment to be made prior to use of services.
- Payment can be made by Cash, Deposits to our Bank Account, Net Banking and Payment Gateway services.
- We work on an online sales model. We normally do not visit customer premises.
- Pricing / Credit Balances are subject to changes in TRAI regulations and can be changed.
- Kindly purchase after due diligence as no refunds shall be entertained in this regard.
Refund Policy
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days
Cancellation of Online Payment
(Criteria & Timelines of cancellation is clearly defined) How customer will cancel the order before he avail the service, timelines need to be mentioned and once the cancellation done, the entire amount or any deduction will be refunded via original method of payment within 10 to 15 working days
What documents to be provided in case of disputes
For dispute or chargeback cases kindly provide Invoice copy & Proof of service delivery .
